If you and your dog aren't happy, return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover return shipping on guarantee returns.

How to start a return

Email sniffnesthq@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send return instructions. Items should be in reusable condition where possible (we understand a washable mat may have been used — that's fine within the guarantee).

Refunds

Once your return is received or your request is approved, we process refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to post it).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no return needed in most cases.
